Terms of Service

Approve The Booking provides tools for creating suppliers, inviting supplier users, sending booking requests, recording supplier responses, and connecting booking systems through APIs and webhooks.

• You must only access organisations, suppliers, bookings, customer details, and API keys that you are authorised to use.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials and API keys secure.
• If you believe an account, invite link, API key, or supplier login has been misused, contact support straight away.

Booking and customer information must be used only for managing the booking it relates to. Supplier users must not copy, export, share, or use customer contact details for unrelated marketing or other unauthorised purposes.

• Respond to booking requests accurately and as promptly as possible.
• Keep supplier contact details and availability information up to date where the portal allows it.
• Tell the booking team if a booking cannot be fulfilled, needs correction, or contains incomplete details.

Organisations may connect booking systems to Approve The Booking using API keys, booking endpoints, and signed callbacks. API users are responsible for sending accurate booking data and protecting their credentials.

We aim to keep the portal available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, provider outages, or improvements. Features may change as the product develops.
